What pallet sizes do you offer?
We carry all standard size pallets as well as many other sizes. Additionally, we also carry several other non standard sized pallets.

Do you provide scheduled delivery services?
Yes. We can provide weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly deliveries.

Do you provide pickup services for other shipping products other than pallets?
Yes. We also recycle gaylord boxes, totes, 30/55 gallon drums and wooden wire spools. 

What are the pallet requirements for overseas shipping?
If you want to ship something overseas, you need to use a pallet that has been heat treated in order to kill any bugs that might be on it. The rules for shipping change depending on where you are shipping to, but we can help you figure out what those are.

What types of wood are your pallets made from?
There are two types of pallets: softwood and hardwood. The type of wood you use to make a pallet depends on what kind of shipment it is and how it will be delivered.
Softwood pallets are generally made from pine lumber and hardwood pallets are usually made with hardwood such as; ash, hickory, maple or oak. The majority of hardwood pallets are constructed using oak in the U.S.

Do you pick up used pallets?
We do pickup used pallets if 80% of them are high enough quality to be re-purposed or reused.
